Thank you for your reply! The firmware is all up to date but it would probably be a good idea to factory reset everything. It was not brand new but it's hardly been used. I have DJI care for it so I'm not extremely worried I just want to understand what is going on and what is causing this issue.

I know what the bubble looks like, I bought this drone used with less then 12 previous flights before me. The PO didn't include the bubble with everything else I got. I have never seen it fly erratically it has always been absolutely rock solid that's why I was worried about this.

Thank you for your reply! Yes the gimbal moves around and calibrates perfectly during startup. Gimbal works perfectly fine, I havent had a single issue like this yet and have already made 10 flights with this thing. It was shipped to me without a gimbal protector idk if that could have caused this?
