Anyone know a good place to buy the body shell screws for the air 2? I don't need the others so I'd rather not buy the complete set - just a bunch of the ones for the body shell. I don't have a good way to measure the thread pitch so if anyone has the specs that'd be great too.
If the drone's working fine, I'd say don't fix what ain't broke. It's theoretically possible that it could corrode something, but lubricants aren't the usual suspects for that, and it's also possible to break something by messing with it further.
There's no harm in opening an IACRA account early. When you sign up for the test you schedule it for a specific date, so there's no bo real harm in soing that waely either so long as you know your schedule.
Has anyone crashed an Air 3 into a tree and tried putting on an replacement gimbal / camera yet? Does it still give "Gimbal Data IMU Error (40021)" upon doing so? I've loved everything about my Air 2 except the seemingly intentional difficulty of outring on a new camera if I ever need one...
Glad it's of use! I bought a new gimbal base (pitch + yaw arm: https://m.aliexpress.us/item/3256805292301576.html) on aliexpress for like $40 and put it in, so everything between the rubber plugs and the bracket attaching to the camera case (roll arm?) was replaced, along with both cables. You...
Step 1 is definitely to take out the battery. After that, maybe try taking off soke of the gimbal covers to let it dry out / see if anything is visibly corroded inside? I honestly don't know, just spitballing here.
Hope it worked! Mine's still flying great two months later (including with wifi enabled on my phone) so making an account and turning off battery saver on my phone was all that was needed.
Edit: thought you said RC-N1 for some reason. Still, seems doable. Maybe try this?
I regularly mirror my footage to my LG Smart TV for my friends to watch while I fly. Doesn't work from my pixel for some reason but I have no issues with my friend's Galaxy beyond slight latency. Just use the...
I've been able to stream to an RTMP server (just hosted on my laptop with pyrtmp for now, only doing it so my friends can watch on the TV) on my air 2. Pretty sure it's the same for a mavic mini - in the settings in DJI Fly there's just an option to stream to an RTMP server and you give it the...
With the smart controller? I honestly have no idea, my issues were all due to using the dumb controller (DJI RC-N1) and a phone that was configured to be too slow to run DJI Fly properly. If you launch the drone but keep it close to the remote controller, does the signal still die after about...
