I take the SD card out of the Drone and save the files on to my phone. Then transfer them to an external drive where all my DJI Stuff lives. After that I can transfer them onto any other device really easily. Also have a them safe as I backup.
Dont bother to plug the drone into the pc anymore...
I have the same problem too. Assistant does not see the SC now. Had a message saying unstable connection after the download was done. So that's that.. will have all future downloads via the SC from now on. It must have changed the software somewhere. Another bug they need to fix.
Hi I too have found this happen to me but it is just by pressing the back button. I just reconnect in normal way. If you really get stuck the Drone should come home after 10 seconds of inactivity.
Interestingly when I turn on the Smart controller first and then the Mavic there is no video feed...

I always store my batteries with only one green led showing. Even letting them run down to 70% is not enough to prevent possible swelling.
Always charge and use as soon as you can and there should be know problems.
Never store fully charged too close together and store in a cool...
I have a smart controller and get the same update. I found that if I put the controller next to my wi fi router it works everytime! I found it just need a really clean data stream. Hope this helps.
That's really disturbing behaviour. Google assistant is probably not the way ever to interact with the app as DJI will not have married to the software. just fly without it. Better still use the Smart controller. I know its heavy on cost but I have used it since its arrival and the signal is...
Hi I thought for a second you were in the UK. we have some here at out local stockist but I guess the postage and customs will be high to send over the pond.
I have a strobe light on the back of my 2, so I can see it at quite a distance. Also I know what orientation it is. But as I rule if I need to fly further than VLOS, then if I can, I will move to that location. But always use common sense.
