My personal opinion, for what it's worth...get the biggest screen you can afford. I looked at the iPad mini 4 that was at Best Buy for $299. But for $329, you can get the latest iPad with a 9.7" screen. I opted for the bigger screen. I personally don't like the aesthetics and feel of a tablet...

Can't help but take some photos of my Mavic after just about every flight...am I the only one? I'm still impressed with this machine every time I take it out.

I have a question...and perhaps it's too early to be answered seeing as though this forced update has not yet been applied. I live in the suburbs of Chicago and fly in the city often. I normally stick to the lakefront areas where I'm not flying around large buildings or over groups of people...

Yeah I'm thinking that's probably the best way to go now. I just want a shorter cord so there isn't a long cable hanging down while I fly. More to appease my OCD than anything.

I did get the combo but the extras I got were for Micro USB and for Type C USB. They aren't the same as the Lightning.

Took my Mavic out for a quick flight the other day after updating to the new firmware...and it was working perfectly until I lost my live feed. I was filming above a forest preserve about 250' up and about 700-800 feet away and suddenly the video feed cut out and would only show a grey screen...
