Anyone experienced this before?.Show the screenshot to your credit card company and have them reverse the transaction. At this point you canceled the transaction and they took your money anyhow. That's not allowed.

The question was "will the chargers draw power away from the batteries when the batteries are in the chargers and the charges are not plugged in?"
