As posted elsewhere on this forum, Dji USA supposedly will “assist” with warranty service and with paid repairs (non warranty damage) for Mavic 4 pro’s sold through adarama/ BH etc, coming from Canada. Not sure about those from Australia.

I would not count on that…Dji does not provide warranty service on any of its drones except within the country in which the product was intended to be sold.

From what source/country was this originally purchased?

Because I spend an extended amount of time “off grid” (no connectivity) that’s what has happened to me. 3times.

Usually happens to my Mavic 3 at an inconvenient time and location…and more frequently than 30 days.

Interesting to hear this…my air2s, both avata’s, and fpv don’t log out.

None of my other drones auto log me out. And yes, supposed to be 30 days (as informed on this forum), but seems to be more frequent, at least for me.

Question for Mavic 4 Pro owners… does Dji automatically log you out of your account (after a period of time) as it does with the Mavic 3?
