It depends on how you value $500. If you’re willing to risk $5000 to save $500, and not be upset if you lose the 5k, try it and keep your fingers crossed. If you’re not in the mood to handle losing 5k, spend 10% more and relax.

Nearly every company, venue, resort park, etc has liability protection in their terms. And yet many people injured by these same entities (not just physical injuries) litigate and win settlements against them. Are you suggesting DJI has a magical shield?🤣

To understand my point, one would need to take a few minutes to look back at the posts wherein members of this group are bragging about knowingly cheating to avoid tariff fees. Some even make cavalier statements about having been able to illegally secure multiple drones and planning to sell them...

As you state, maybe. But if you “beat” the system, you ARE CHEATING. And I’m honestly interested to know why so many members feel it’s ok and to be bragging about it…in writing. Stupidity?

For all you scoff laws celebrating cheating the government (along with all the other people who comply with the law) out of the mandated tariff fees. Maybe stop publicly bragging about it, too. U.S. Customs can retroactively collect fees, particularly if they determine goods were misdeclared...

Whether you have it shipped in or you carry it across the border, tariff is due. If you don’t pay the tariff, you are breaking the law. People are “getting away with it”, some are even promoting on this forum how to cheat and import without paying the legal tariff. Some are even illegally...

I bought an insta360 “sphere” (designed specifically to wrap around an air2s). Camera on top and bottom. Very cool. But the extra weight results in short flight times.
