Makes a ton of sense, thank you. And, no I'm an old person who doesn't do Zoom and enhance on my TV. I know how to turn it on and make things play on it and that's about it. :cool:

Don't know about other Mini 2's, I think they're mostly the same, but mine shoots in 4K too.

Should have clarified better... I also fly a mini 2 and 3. They don't seem to lose as much clarity when d zooming compared to the mini 4 pro. I guess my question is... Is there a way to pick up additional clarity (through settings, etc.) while d zooming the mini 4 pro, to bring it into parity...

That video is an excellent explanation of optical zoom. I'm from the old school where with 35mm when you zoomed the lens physically moved. This digital stuff is still foreign to me but, I do understand some of it. Thank you.

It is set for AF. I try not to do anything manual so I don't screw up the image. The majority of the time I record video. I rarely do still shots. I figure if I see something in the video I want to make a still shot out of, I just capture a screen shot of it.

Please forgive me if I am posting this in the wrong section or, if this has been discussed already (I wasn't able to find any previous threads). I've noticed, while in flight as I am recording video, when I zoom in to the maximum 3X everything on the ground starts to look like mine craft...

These are ALL very good things to consider. Especially that the drone's battery will drain faster than it will accept a charge. Also didn't know that DJI doesn't allow the battery to charge while turned on. This was all very interesting and useful information. Thank you all so much.

Maybe a crazy idea but, has anyone ever mounted a light weight mini (2500 mah) power bank to their drone while flying to extend the batteries flight time? Haven't found anything in a search so, thinking it might be a bad idea but, still curious if it might work. My Mini 4 pro has such good...

From YVRGUY: Yes, I had the same problem. Worked fine with RCN1, but sucked with the new DJI RC. Contacted DJI and told them of my experience. I couldn’t get anything but one signal on my transmission page…NO dual mode. I sent it back to DJI techs and this coming Monday I will receive...

Good morning from Central Texas Hill Country. Happy to be here. Just got my first DJI, a Mini 2 and loving the heck out of it. DJI is an impressive company and I'm happy to be a part of the community. Merry Christmas!

Proud new owner of a DJI Mini 2 and very much enjoying the pilot life. I now also have a Mini 4 Pro that is very enjoyable. Glad to have this forum.
