I'm retired, but last century, I logged 4,000 hours of flying, mostly in the Australian Outback, where I also mustered ("rounded up") cattle by plane on large cattle stations ("ranches").
I hardly ever flew helicopters: ("FLY DA PLANE!") but my cattle mustering experience resulted in me landing a job flying (oh, a pun!) planes for an airline in Papua New Guinea, landing up the sides of dirt airstrips on mountains that are 10,000'+ high.
I also instructed student pilots on ultralights ("microlights").
