Nevertheless, DJI sent an e-mail accepting that this a under warranty issue. They issued a coupon for a new drone. I have to admit that they were very professional in terms of service.
Let me try to answer few questions:
a. It's not possible to retrieve the Mavic since there is a high current in the water. We spoke to a diver and it was not possible.
b. The area was where I flew my previous drones so it seemed natural.
