Okay. Such a person might have sufficient actual damage to have standing. So then let us say a $4000 drone was disabled by a state law enforcement officer for an allegedly illegal or reckless flight. Who has the time or resources to sue the state...

Ok. You've convinced me that I need to take my flak jacket and helmet next week when I go over to Louisiana to fly among the parish PD ack-ack installations. I'll be putting camo paint on all the drones, too.
