Mine is being delivered today. It was a full month turn around. That was with refresh. It appears that i'm getting a new one. Checked the new serial number and it states that my new one was manufactured on March 15. There is nothing fast about this process.
Does anyone know if when they refurbish mavics, do they give it a new serial number? I sent in mine after crash, and I checked my new serial number on the replacement, and it showed that it was made on March 15. Was just wondering.
I had similar issue. Camera would work but gimbal would not move. Gimbal obstruction. Sent it in. Wanted $314 to fix or take one of my extra lives from refresh. I now have one mistake left.
Mine took three days shipping via ups. Sat at DJI in California for 5 working days before they looked at it. 1 day to determine the issue. Paid $79 for my first refresh today. Will see how long to ship it. Heading to Florida from the Seattle area next week. Wasn't sure if it would get to me in...

My mavic is so fun! I was nervous at first because of all the post that said they were having problems. It's an amazing little machine. Still on the original sets of props. No regrets
I originally bought the bumpers. After flying the mavic I returned them unused. The mavic is so easy to fly and is rock solid on the controls. I found them unnecessary.
