I remember losing my Whisky Trail virginity. Turned right off the A9 and entered heaven. How do they keep the buildings and all the surroundings so pristine. The different distilleries must be in competition with one another and employ armies of groundsmen.
A wee bit too isolated up north, and Speyside's a tad too expensive. I've just bought a cottage in Port William in Luce Bay so we'll be there for summers. I come from Broughty Ferry at the mouth of the Tay. Well done with the bag - looks brilliant. Look out Louis V 👜🛍
Hi Richard and welcome. I have a holiday home on Luce Bay at Port William - summer only - so I'm well familiar with the area. Be wary of restricted airspace - Port Patrick is pretty close to to boundary.

You live in a very beautiful wee bit of Scotland, and a very sparsely populated on with masses of wide open space both inland and coastal, but bear in mind the NFZs - airports/fields and military areas like West Fruegh.
