Ok - maps on "Here Maps" are now updating. Wouldn't work until I went outside and got GPS signal. I assumed it would work from the wifi signal inside the house. Still prefer to get Google maps working if possible if anyone else know how.

Think I am missing something too .... I have loaded Litchi and the Maos have defaulted to "Here Maps". If I switch to google maps the app restarts and then in the map section it says I must load google play services. The Here map doesn't appear to update. Any ideas on how to update this or...

I suppose the trade off for the extra bright screen is the heat so they need to cool it some how. I think for me it appears loud because I wasn't expecting any noise. I assumed it was going to be like any other tablet and not have fans in.

Thanks for that. I was just surprised to hear anything. I think I was expecting it to be like my phone or iPad. Just read through a few more of the other posts about overheating and realised a few people have mentioned the fan. Thanks BMP

I have ha a Phantom 4 since last September and flown quite a bit since. Same as you - I recently got a Mavic and the weather here hasn't been the best. Off to Portugal on Monday but not 100% sure if I will take the Mavic with me. I want to but a bit nervous of taking it to be honest !!
