Did you try putting your device in airplane mode and closing any other open apps?

Did you try turning on airplane mode on your iphone? Had the same issue and this resolved it for me

Had the same issues but switching phone to airplane mode solved my issues. Seemed that bg processes pushing notifications were interrupting the app connection. OP was the phone definitely in airplane mode and did you kill all the running bg apps? Telltale sign for this being an app issue not...

Any official way we can protest as the 75m distance is clearly the big issue
