I agree, but there are times when I am glad I have them. When I fly low or filming some surfing from reasonably close, they do make the scene look better.

M4P has cluster of electrical contacts behind the existing clear glass filter attachement it currently sells with. That indicates that the drone is at least hardware ready for the eND. So to answer your question, yes it should work.
I have the all day set for my air 3. never use them as I got the split ND set after. Their split ND`s are great, their ND/ Pl are a PITA.
For my M4P I ordered the regular split ND`s and the ND1000, 2000. Still cheaper than DJI`s ND set...
