Well known scam. Used to get similar ads all the time for $5,000 Snap-On tool boxes for $199 with "FREE SHIPPING". As others have pointed out, URL is a dead giveaway. These things go for 80%+ their retail value used on eBay, why sell at 1/10th the cost for no reason? And cut into profits further...
