    If you are in California try changing the location at the top of the DJI website to Canada or any other English speaking country and the manual should be there. It’s working for me.

    @YVRGUY there are quite a few possibilities here. The flight data will likely show what happened and should be the easiest way to track down the cause with minimal troubleshooting.
