I did this a couple of months ago and had to apply for each day separately. I only needed 1 day but applied for six (Tue, Wed and Thu two weeks in a row) to account for TFRs and weather. -

Go through the authorization process in DroneZone. The form only accepts a single date. But in the area in which you explain the nature of the mission, why you need to fly there, and, most importantly, your safety mitigations, state the date... -
