I flew this as an amateur (as you can see) using waypoints. I will do better next year when the sunflowers are in perfect bloom. This is for the prayersfrommaria.org to show to those individuals that are unable to make the trip to Avon, Ohio, to see the field.
Sensors were active and I was at 6-8 ft. I had to wait for people to be clear. The video was taken yesterday. I will return in the early AM to avoid people, and try a waypoint run at 6 feet.
No way. He would then think going after a drone is acceptable. He pretty much understands that he is not allowed, like jumping on a car, or running out in the street. But due to the great temptation for him when the drone is landing or taking off, I need to have him in control.
it appears that a motion sensor causes the drone to take flight and record the area of movement. if that is the case, then there is no pilot. There may be a monitoring office open 24/7 that can override the automatic controls. Stationary outdoor mounted cameras triggered by movement do the same...
Sarge responds to Mavic Zoom landing in his backyard. This is nothing special except for the good looking dog jumping to get the drone. I have to hold him close and have a stern voice when I land the Mavic, but once its shut down, he backs off his interest in it.
