After further research, it appears that the anti-flicker setting is intentionally not selectable in manual mode-only auto mode. Concern solved.

Maiden flight this morning and all is well. Still can’t determine how to set the anti-flicker rate to 60hz and keep it there in manual mode. I can select 60hz in auto mode but when I return to manual mode the selections are greyed out. I was able to do that with my P3P as I recall. I’m sure it...
