In my experience, Moose do not react to anything directly above them. It is, however, quite difficult to approach them horizontally. All the moose I have treated are wild.

In northern bc, I fly regularly below -30. Never had an operational problem, but sometimes the gimbal gets a bit sticky. Flight times seem to be about 20% shorter
