You'll also want to look into insurance. The company I work for is starting to use sUAS for various tasks. I think we ended up getting $5M in insurance to satisfy the needs of our clients.
First flights were yesterday and today. Amazingly simple to fly and operate (compared to R/C helis I've flown). Had a few problems figuring out with DJI GO app to use, but otherwise it's been smooth sailing... er, flying and loads of fun.
