If you have updated your M2 Pro to the latest software to include RID, then it will not work with GS Pro. DJI tells you that before you run the update. Perhaps that is the issue? DroneDeploy is a much more robust mapping app. It is free, but... -

I am trying to get into mapping but it seems very difficult when you have a DJI Mavic 2 Pro - my only drone. I am trying to use DJI GS Pro but I still haven't got across the board green on the preflight check - still missing the GEO unlock part...
