You beat me to the punch. Many people go out and buy a drone with no comprehension of what they are allowed to do. Even if it is spelled out in the instructions, many would miss it. Ignorance of the law will not stand up in court, so anyone... -

It was less of thinking and more of a "hold my beer" process. A lot of people who do this are less informed about what could happen. If you are a member of this site or anything like it, you are more informed than the guy who bought a drone on...

CInteresting . Thanks for that. I was just curious. We are permitted to only fly 100ft higher than the structure within 400ft from the structure.

I returned to the USA from a trip to Europe 2 days ago (still jetlagged). I had with me my Mini 3 Pro, which I bought new in the USA from Amazon years ago back when things were reasonable (and which I used a good bit in Italy while on the trip)...
