I should clarify - USA laws dont apply here. Lets work on the assumption i can legally fly up to 25kg (yes thats approx 50 lbs) and am using residential products. However am only applying about a quarter to half a cup (about 5 ounces) much less... -

Your country requires a part 102 certificate. New Zealand also requires you to have on file...
