I bought a drone on ebay from a company in South Korea. It arrived in Memphis today and under the tracking info it says International Shipment Released-Import. It's scheduled for deliver with Fed Ex tomorrow. Does that mean there's no tariffs on... -

Most likely no tariffs, but the only way to know for sure is that FedEx delivers it without asking you to pay any tariffs they may possibly have already paid on your behalf.
