Air 3S also is capable of 1000m, when more than 50km from the nearest airport. However, the location clearly is not, based upon the map. Needs an altitude hack, only available on older aircraft. -

Max height and RTH height aren't the same thing. In your settings, set your ceiling at 400 feet. If the drone RTH goes over your max height, THEN you have a malfunction. Saying you stay below 400 feet is fine but the RTH height is a minimum...
