No, And I just tried one of the batteries I flew with earlier today. That had no problems, or alternating lights prior. When I inserted that battery into the drone it also started having alternating lights. Wondering of something new in the... -

The forces a UAV is subject to when being hand-held are of a rather different character to those it experiences whilst in flight. It's probably fine, and nothing you need to worry about, as long as that behaviour doesn't persist when flying...
