With any Job that has requirements you either meet them or not. It's not about if they apply to certain aspects of the work, what happens if they need you to do outside work in the NAS?
SEE post #5....If you will be employed by the company as a drone pilot and that company has insurance then yes you need a part 107. Insurance companies don't insure "employed recreational pilots".
