    Make sure YOUR Network is running without a hitch..... check all APP permissions.....Find a new Network, This could very well be a problem on DJIs side too..... Wait some and try agian...Try a new Network. NO VPN's.

    Brand new to drones Been watching tutorials. Tried to set up my new mini 5 this morning and can’t get it activated. Says network not available. I’m signed in to our internet but not seeing any sign of strength signal. Thanks for any input

    Probably because the OP has opened a case about his various drone losses. They (DJI) will want to make sure they have all the data they can get from the RC as both drones are total losses.

    Not necessarily, they probably only go through flight data if they are trying to find the cause of a loss, (or the PRC Army have asked them for some specific information).
