    How screwed am I?

Like stated earlier..You are buying a Drone that DJI no longer supports...Thats NOT a problem and actually means that you will have a better chance getting any needed parts for it in the future. I say Good Purchase and I bet you will love every min of it! TIP: Buy a good charger for it (not the...

For US Pilots only… If you have a Part 107 Certification, do you need a TRUST Certificate to fly Recreationally?

TRUST is a requirement to operate Remote controlled vehicles in My state and YOURS! even if you are flying part 107 flights You need a TRUST card! TRUST has nothing to do with Drones really it applies to the Remote Control operator. YES you need a trust card anytime you operate an RC vehicle. I...

DJI Spark going at 100 km/h?????!!!!!

The PID numbers are devised in a way that there is actually a 31mph speed limit on the spark. Its programed in..Even if it were not, The motors would not handle that speed. and besides the spark batteries won't output enough sustained voltage for the Drone to come close to 100KPH! Sorry but no...

What to do with extra batteries

As long as you keep them as close to a storage charge as possible while not in use any way will work fine. I don't have a "gauge" so I just charge up a bunch of USB devices with the "leftover" till the battery is almost gone, and then I charge them back to storage.

Has anyone successfully rolled back Fly

Yes your missions would be deleted if you do it this way.

Has anyone successfully rolled back Fly

No need to roll back ,Simply Delete the existing Fly and then go to APK mirror and select the version you want to use. Remember to clear your cache or the new install won't work!

What to do with extra batteries

DON'T DO THAT!!!!! Your batteries will condensate in a fridge!. Just a cool space away from direct sunlight is fine. Keep them at storage (60%) till day of flight...use them...Re-charge to 60 and store. You also dont want an airtight container, You just need something like a "Li-Po Bag", or I...

DJI Spark going at 100 km/h?????!!!!!

Sorry, Your Brother has quite the imagination or cant judge speed so well. The max for a Spark in windless conditions is 50 KPH. My DJI FPV with Gemfan props will do over 100 kph.

Mini 4 Pro Plus battery and RID ?

If you are a recreational pilot flying a "Required to be registered" Drone (one over the weight) you would certainly need to always use RID.

Mini 4 Pro Plus battery and RID ?

I am just "interpreting" it myself I'm not the FAA But Thats how I read it, I don't think I am violating any regs, not using my RID on the weekends. Most Drones dont really give you the option and RID is just there (unless you use the regular battery Not the extended, in some cases.) My...

Mini 4 Pro Plus battery and RID ?

That is only for Drones "Required" to be registered..If you have already registered your "required to be registered" Drone then that also applies. It doesnt apply to Drones that are not "required". Drones with a weight of 250g and below are NOT "Required" ( You are not "required" to use RID on a...
