This scares me. I've gotten bit by the SYS WARNING CHECK APP, gimbal shake and a couple other drone killing symptoms. This is my first drone and may be my last :(

SO I took the Mavic camping and had the same problems and more; - Gimbal shakes nearly 90% of time - Sound coming from Mavic continues (I've recorded the sound and attached it here). It starts as soon as its turned on - After 20 seconds of idle power on the fan kicks in - Bottom of Mavic feels...

So no dice. I tried to do a Gimbal Calibration and it got stuck at 26%, just kept on shaking ... : (

Thank you for the very clear picture. The plate was indeed over the L bracket. I had figured it backwards and thought that was fine. I think my gimbal is fixed. Thanks!

Did you have the warranty?

So I crashed my Mavic. Now got a Gimbal Shake error. I read through others that have this problem but couldn't find a solution. It shakes immediately upon takeoff. I saw a YouTube video that the gimbal connection might have gone under the Last clamp so I did those steps with no luck : (

Home height was set to 30 I believe. I'm going through the settings now and it says zero.. not sure if it wasn't set or got reset. Also, I'm trying to turn on obstacle avoidance as well as beginner mode to try to test fly it now but it won't let me scroll right to initiate them. Bunny, sounds...

Hi Wyoming! The sound is likened to a car with rocks stuck in its tire threads and moving at a fast pace. I also just found out I can view my flight records if that helps explain why it shot up to 6-7 stories then turned and smashed into an apartment at least 3 metres away from where it ascended..

Vancouver, Canada checking in! Had a crash yesterday after my second flight. It was a bit windy but my Mavic literally went up and flew itself into an apartment. I couldn't control it or anything. Sad day. Broke a couple wings but overall the body is fine. It makes a slight buzzing noise coming...
