I was thinking of purchasing the iPad mini 6 gen to use with my mavic 3 and mini 3 pro with the Mavic 3 RC N1 and DJI tablet mount. Am I right in thinking that I would need to get the cellular/GPS version otherwise the drones will loose GPS capability!? I thought these drones had GPS build in.

I contacted DJI they confirmed it was indeed a stain, but didn't explain how it got there. They advised me to either use as normal or exchange the drone. I exchanged the drone with amazon.

It does indeed look like excessive lubrican, WD40 Will also not shift it I’m afraid. will have to just accept it I suppose.

Just received my new mavic 3 and has this strange brown mark on the leg Underneath the motor. Not sure if I should return or not. Tried removing with washing up liquid and alcohol.

Iv just experienced this after the latest controller fly app firmware. tried recal of drone compass and imu makes no difference.

Dale have you used ‘Affinity photo’ would I be able to do the same masking adjustment with this programme?

That’s nice Dale! I didn’t think you could edit jpeg photos. I haven’t delved into photo editing yet. Are you using Adobe lightroom? Would the free version of DaVinci Resolve suffice for editing photos and videos While I gain knowledge and experience.

Thanks for the kind words Lister! Im a complete noob and love the beauty and lighting that dawn and dusk provides. Truly magical brief moments in time. I hope to master this drone and improve my photos.
