Sounds to me like one or two motors weren't working! try pushing both sticks down and in to start your motors,, if they start then operator error! lol if not you've got motors to look at!

Actually if anything can be seen from a public area it can be photographed/recorded legally, the eyes cannot be trespassed, it’s 100% legal, private property or not! They have to create the privacy! So legally in public if you can see it you absolutely can record/photograph it!!!

I'm glad to see someone getting good care from DJI! I've had horrible dealings myself! I was talking to a different person each time I called! un answered emails etc.!!!

If you'd post your log file we can possibly tell you what happened1 there are many experienced pilots here! Unless you really push the issue I wouldn't expect good results from DJI as they are infamous for their horrible customer care!!!
