4th GPS module now (brand new), and I have installed 3 brand new ESC boards and still have the pesky ”GPS error” warning. I’m officially on the ledge.? am I missing something?

SAME EXACT PROBLEM. I have replaced several ESC's on these M1P's as I run a drone repair shop. This is the second board in a row on this particular bird, each time, a new error arises, eliminating the previous error messages. FML.. Is this REALLY just another bad ESC board that I am receiving?

Ok, so I got the mew GPS module today, installed it, now I have yet another new message: “GPS Data error”. . .

@ Val972 I have had this happen many times also. First, check to make sure that the ribbon cable is not pinched where it passes through the gimbal vibration damping board. Otherwise, try replacing with another ribbon cable. I repair Mavics a lot and have even had a couple of bad replacement...

Well hellshalligan, I'm not sure on the Mavic Air 2. I don't have any experience with repairs on those quite yet!

I usually get them on amazon, ebay at times. I keep a few in stock since it is the weakest link to the MP's gimbal assembly! Be leary of some that are priced way too low. I've been shipped some before that had small tears in the ribbon ?

Fixed problem. I installed another new gimbal ribbon and everything is back to normal.
