Thanks for the suggestion. However, the only displayed folder under Android is "media" and it is empty. All the other folders under "Files" are also displaying empty. -

Swipe down from the top, tap the hexagon icon (top right), tap storage, then Internal Storage, scroll down to and tap Files, then Android, then data, dji.go.v5, files...
