Thank you for the advice and support. I began to realize that I was wasting my time with tech support. I resubmitted and asked for a fresh pair of eyes on the issue. At that point management got involved. We will see how it turns out. I really just want to get back to flying.

Thing got a little strange after I released the video the next morning I had no access to my Dji Account, fourm, go app and flight records. I had to reset password then everything was fine.

I was very impressed with how Intuitive and responsive the controls were on the Cessna. It would be Interesting to incorporate some feedback on the sticks in drone flying
Im hanging and I hope your right. all I hear are Crickets from DJI. I definitely will look into personal article insurance and Probably won’t make a decision on a new drone untill mavic 2.

I’ve been told it doesn’t Start recording logs until motor are started so only I know about 13 satellites. After motors start log show I’m in gps mode with 3 satellites after 10 second 0 satellites the switches to opti mode at 30 meters. I did not know about any mode Change. eye were on Mavic...
