Thank you for the advice and support. I began to realize that I was wasting my time with tech support. I resubmitted and asked for a fresh pair of eyes on the issue. At that point management got involved. We will see how it turns out. I really just want to get back to flying.

No explanation or discussion just the 15% off Discount.

Thing got a little strange after I released the video the next morning I had no access to my Dji Account, fourm, go app and flight records. I had to reset password then everything was fine.

Ha ha, I was very impressed with how Intuitive and responsive the controls were on the Cessna. It would be Interesting to incorporate some feedback on the sticks in drone flying

I was preparing controller log an saw I had old firmware on controller V01.03.0900 and 4.1.22 on Mavic could this cause problems?

I’ve been told it doesn’t Start recording logs until motor are started so only I know about 13 satellites. After motors start log show I’m in gps mode with 3 satellites after 10 second 0 satellites the switches to opti mode at 30 meters. I did not know about any mode Change. eye were on Mavic...
