The question is: Why did it fly away? Could be radio interference, but was the drone set to RTH or hover in place after loss of radio link? In the latter case it may have just hovered until running out of battery and landing. Did you attempt to find it at the last coordinates?

For commercial use, only Mavic 3 Enterprise is supported by automated platforms like DroneDeploy, the Mavic 3/3 Classic/3 Pro are not. So I keep my Mavic 2 Pro around for those cases. Also the Mav 3 camera format is 4:3 only. Don't know what happened with that, 3:2 should be an option.

The interface adds weight, and when the next gen camera comes along, the interface isn't good enough or has the wrong pins or is too bulky, etc etc. so all the cameras built using the old interface are obsolete. Look at the Inspire. The cameras were too big to put on a Mavic. Weight is...
