Hey Lailert, I've been having this problem since 2017. A fix is to use the Litchi app. Using the DJI Go 4 app, you can pan WHILE tilting the camera. As the camera stops while you're panning, that is when it twitches. I've sent my Mavic in for repair before hoping it would come back perfect, but...
