From personal experience i have connected the RC2 via USB c type to HDMI on a 7" Feelworld monitor successfully. I have also tried the same RC2 USB c to USB c on a Hugerock android table and had no success. -

Oh, and as a summary for anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation. In this case, the stuck propeller was due to corrosion on the motor spindle. Rust does a double whammy--it takes up more space, and is much rougher than polished steel...
