Please cite the source that says this is the case. It's my understanding that a hobbyist simply needs to notify the airport that a flight operation will occur....if within five miles of an airport.

I just looked back at my logbook and I also had a charging episode where all four LED's were on solid after it should've been fully charged. I flew on it anyway and the flight was completely normal. The battery has behaved normally since.

It's actually a pretty easy move to do. If you are filming a scene without moving animals, cars or people you can fly down and towards your subject and play it backwards in post.

CSC is the Combination Stick Command used to start your bird. I use the in and down version on both sticks.
