I wonder if I had a larger, pro drone, and attached a DSLR to it, and flew that into the volcano, would my DSLR be covered?

And just found out my household insurance doesn't cover drones, even though I have Miscellaneous Personal Items cover, so my phone, cameras, laptop, and even music production gear are covered, but not drones, even though my drone lives beside my camera in the boot of the car most of the time...

Hi, It's been quite a while since I was here. I recently dropped my Mavic Pro into a lake after it rolled over while low to the water. I have the DAT file downloaded...I think...but not sure what to do with it now. Can anyone offer any help? Regards, Conor

Thanks, I'll def bear that in mind. I've noticed that descending/ascending while moving s;ightlforward seems to offer more control.

Cheers Gary. I think what's holding me back is mostly a fear that the Mavic might be dragged away by a strong wind, as it is really very small. It tends to be quite windy here where I live, although I haven't flown in winds over 12mph (using the Hover and UAV apps to check). I'm on a peninsula...
