It wasn't China that ignored all existing trade agreements and slapped every country in the world (except Russia and North Korea) with punitive tariffs. Even countries that the US had a trade surplus with and a free trade agreement got hit. -

Yes, that has been the case for many years. If you purchase a drone in Canada (for example), you'll have to take it back to Canada to get any work done under warranty.
