You need a card with a minimum U3 or V30 rating. The size is dependent on how much content you are generating. Memory cards wear out, there is a maximum number of times they can be written to. The sweet spot for me is 128 GB, and I'll swap them... -

Did you replace all the silicone you removed from the connections? If not that’s your problem. The connections will not stay in place without the silicone. You should also have put a little thermal paste on the board BEFORE replacing the bottom...
