    How high have you flown your mavic 2?

    I’ve flown the maximum it will go which is around 1,600’. It was always less than 400agl as I was flying up a mountain for a ski shot. No problem at all

    Video signal freeze when taking stills

    Your screen freezes when it’s taking a photo. Test. Shoot one photo at 1/2000th and then one t 1 second. If you don’t see a difference in “freeze” times then maybe something else is wrong.

    If it’s one image I would chalk it up to slow shutter and a gust of wind. You’re shooting at dusk when heat exchange can cause unstable air. Seen at sunrise and sunset. I have had this happen with the middle image being blurred but all others good. Wind during shooting. Best thing to do when...

    First "testflight" with my Zoom, icy condition.

    Flying in fog/mist in freezing temps can cause your props to ice. And the increase in weight WILL affect your control.

    Is it worth upgrading to Mavic Pro 2?

    Camera on the mp2 is leaps ahead of the 1. Combined with it being refined in every way with the addition of hyperlapse. Buy one now. I was in the fence. Not sure if it would be worth the upgrade.
