I've had mine for about two months, and fly occasionally. I'm no pro, but as long as you keep it within your sight, it's pretty easy. I never flown it in that area. I researched to make sure those areas (Ti, Embarcadero) were okay to fly in, and couldn't resist on such a clear, calm night.
