When I had a Gimbal issue with my Mavic 2 Pro, they responded back to me within 48 hours of sending it in to them, for free. I was sorted and they did the work, well sent me a replacement Mavic 2 Pro within a week. and it was free shipping back to me as well. This was in the USA.
