It's nice to have a selectable Atti mode again. Haven't had that since my P3P. -
I did not know Dji released a heli. And ya I agree the Helis just LOOK way cooler than a quad. I love all 3 of my quads all for different reasons. The NEO is just a blast to fly. And now so is the new Heli!

My new bird arrived today. Going thru everything, charging the battery, reading the manual, the usual lol. The stock 5000 mah 14.8v 4S battery weighs 385 grams. I found and ordered a 2 pack of 6500 mah 15.2v 4S batteries that weigh 465 grams...

As you said, you use the landing gear all the time when landing it on the ground wouldn't be a good idea. I land it that way a lot. I also don't need all the fancy features offered by the more modern drones.
