It can if you or he are BS'ing us. Not making that accusation, just pointing out that the information you've provided is just about impossible. As mentioned, the motors aren't powerful enough, nor can the battery system deliver the power/current... -
Eh you got something better :D Still have a Spark but to me it was kind of the least exciting thing DJI released. Size was kinda revolutionary but at too much cost to performance. Took 8 years but the Neo 2 is basically what the Spark was meant...
