Buy an iPad? My 12.9 plays anything and edits are super quick with LumaFusion. Not to mention all day battery and never gets warm. It’s the way forward!

I just find the whole thing ridiculous. We see people being idiots all the time but I would say maybe the rules aren't clear enough and that may contribute to some of the idiotic behaviour of drone fliers.
I'm more interested in the dictionary definition of congestion as they actually define it. As follows:
ADJECTIVE
1(of a road or place) so crowded with traffic or people as to hinder or prevent freedom of movement:
‘the congested streets of the West End’
‘the road was congested with refugees’...
I'm only asking as a new owner I've been trying to get a concrete or at least clearer understanding of the uk drone law. I find it quite open to misinterpretation.
Can I ask why he can't fly it over those houses? It doesn't look to me like a congested area in the slightest. So long as he remains a minimum distance of 50 meters to the properties he is totally within his rights?
